Please confirm if you want the Serta 43675 chair or the big and tall version of the chair model number Serta model #49734, 49734-B, 49734DS. 2) contract document asks for bonded leather, however, the description asks for a porous breathable material, which is a specification for a mesh chair. Please confirm whether the chair should be leather or mesh 3) contract document calls for the chair to have a seat minimum of 21.5 however the Serta line has a Min/Max Seat Height: of 27" to 30.75" please confirm this is acceptable.
