1. Please confirm that the TDP does not require complete information for manufacturing the hardware developed. 2. Please clarify if DID DI-MISC-80508B is correct for CDRL A003. 3. Can the Government please provide the RVTM document to assist in bid generation? 4. Can the Navy provide specific examples of shipboard qualified OTS module technology and clarify what is meant by "Navy shipboard qualified"?
Response Received:
1. That is correct. The Navy is looking for user-level data that can be included in Government technical manuals. 2. Yes, that is correct. 3. Yes, this was provided. 4. The Government is asking vendors to use OTS components that have passed Navy shipboard testing (shock, vibration, EMI, temperature, humidity, power) and bee approved for use, as applicable.

1. The System Integration Test requires a production representative test fixture. Will this be GFE or is it required to be provided by the contractor? 2. Does the Navy require or desire contractor participation of any testing at a Government facility, such as LSTF Functional and Performance test?
Response Received:
1. The PSA will be tested using SCD-00470265-02 filter, EMI, Power, 60 Hz Single Phase to pre-condition the primary power. These will be provided to the awardee. 2. It is not required.

Can the reference documents within the Specification that have proprietary markings be provided?
Response Received:
The documents were inadvertently marked proprietary and they are not. They will be provided upon request.

1. Is the First Article Test Report the same as "contactor PPUs qualification test" and subsequent report? 2. If the two PPUs/FAT Units/EDMs are due 52 weeks after receipt of order, please clarify when the First Article Test Report is due. 3. CDRL A005 Qualification Test Report is due 30 days after receipt of order per the CDRL. Please clarify if this report is part of the First Article report and when it is due.

1.Yes 2.The awarded contract will reflect 90 days after completion of EDM. 3. First Article/DVT and Qualification Test Report shall be due 90 days after completion of EDM units.

1. The OTS module technology connector shall be used that meets the voltage and current requirements. Is this statement referring to the PSA connector J3? Can the part number for the mating connector to J3 (P3) be provided to ensure appropriate mating and V/I capacity? 2. Attachment 1, specification VMEPS02 indicates operation from 85-265 VAC and 47-440Hz, verified through the ATP. Is it required to test at the extremes of both voltage and current simultaneously? 3. Would a solution that can reach 440 Hz at 250 VAC but only 360 Hz and the full 265 VAC be acceptable? 4. Specification VMEPS15 and VMEPS16 require load and line regulation of 02% respectively. Is the regulated voltage measured at the output of the PSA? If not, please specify where the voltage should be measured to verify operation to these specs.

Yes, this document can be provided to those companies that submit or have already submitted a valid and current DD2345 since this document is considered export controlled. This document will be released with the other export controlled documents once a current and valid DD2345 has been received.
