01 turf is no longer provided by Astroturf or the company in the original spec, www.promounds.com. It calls for pile height of 1-3/4" and face weight of 94oz. Is the customer accepting a turf with a smaller face weight? Or, can this buy be updated to reflect an acceptable product still in production

The solicitatoin states "offeror must provide any required, NON-PRICING responses (e.g. technical proposal, representations and certifications, etc.)", but the only document/attachment I can find is the pricing template. Is anything required outside of the pricing sheet to submit a bid, or is that it?
