No Install just supply. Is this correct. The flanged valve is a replacement. So there is no misunderstanding --please confirm that the Face to Face flange measurement's are 15 1/8" wide. This is critical. without I cannot get a quote. Please let us know if you will be supplying Tax Certs. Thanks'

The measurement of 15 1/8 " is correct. This is only for material no labor. Government will not be paying taxes on this. Tax documents can be provided upon contract award.
