What is "UT pipe"? Do pipe lengths have to be 42' exact? Can they be "40' random lengths"(will vary in length)? Does 4" diameter bar have to be cut to 241-3/8" exact? Or can it be longer?

UT stands for Un-Tested. Yes, the lengths can be 40' random lengths. The round bar can be longer than 241-3/8".

For line item 8, it requires a 50' section of pipe. Pipe typically comes in 42' sections at most. If possible, can we weld that 42' piece and an 8' piece together to get the full 50'

FOR LINE ITEM 013, 240" (20') MAY BE THE LONGEST AVAILABLE STOCK LENGTH. IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THE PC MAY BE AS LONG AS 241-3/8" WHEN PULLED, BUT NOT GUARANTEED.
