We prefer embroidered unfortunately we can not extend due to the end of the FY for funding

1. Patches - What type of print? Ie. Sublimination or Embroidered? If embroidered, will a file be provided or will we create the file? 2. Stickers - Please specify are you they type of paper you prefer paper or vinyl?

WE prefer embroidered and we will provide a file, as for as stickers vinyl is a better option

Yes this company from NY is compliant with the BAA, We don't require documents at contract award

They Buy American Act clause on every opportunity always says "IF YOU QUOTE A PRODUCT OTHER THAN DOMESTIC FROM A NON-QUALIFYING COUNTRY YOUR QUOTE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*****" Is that strictly enforced? We have a number of manufacturers in China and they are NOT on the Qualifying Country list
